Hello,

For everyone with poor parents that will most likely have 200k+ of debt, this thread is for you. I was a professional freelance writer online for 2 years before deciding to pursue medicine. I'm currently a freshman at a fairly expensive school. This is my plan to pay for med school.

Started a blog several weeks ago about health and have slightly over 100 psots already. I put up Google Adsense. For those of you that don't know, that's all those ads you see on websites. Every time someone clicks them that person gets paid (for my site around $1).

If you are a freshman or sophmore (or older works), I highly suggest you start a blog now and post once a day at least. Posts can be as short as 200 words. If you write one post a day for 8 years that's over 2500 posts. With that many posts you can easily make a couple grand a month. If you're good at writing you should be able to do more posts than one a day. I write about 10 a day when I don't have school. I'm friends with professional bloggers that make over 100k.

Say you graduate med school and have 1500$ monthly payments. I gurantee 100% that if you start a blog now and post once a day minimum you will be making more than that from ads when you graduate. Everyone can say what they want, but I've been in the business of freelance writing for a long time and I know what I'm talking about. I'm friends with professional bloggers.

Also, domain names are like wine, the older the are the more google likes them and the higher they get ranked. So if you start one when you're a freshman in 8 years that's extremely old in google's eyes. You can start a blog about anything, but health is a popular topic. If you're interested you can PM me.

Get Rich Online, thats unique:rolleyes:.

I have been through google adsense, and everything out there, one conclusion, get a day job, period. You are not going to making thousands of dollars. Do you realize there are people in india that are paid to write million of words for websites and those barely break $10 a day. Online marketing / making money online became SATURATED around 2004. If you want to make money, self teach yourself employable and a get real job. Only way I make money online is because I taught myself how to code and take those jobs as they become available, this is not get rich quick sorry, this is a normal job.

By the way encouraging people to click on your google ads is an automatic termination from their program, with no payment.

And I am sure you dont trust me, but I have been working part-time with this stuff for 5 years now, so do what you wish.....

Give me a break. Don't write this kind of crap after trying out your first "Blogger.com" blog. Way to go, you just had your first step into modern technology!

You are so wrong in various ways that it is shameful that you call yourself a freelance writer except you really have no idea what the heck you are talking about.

First, what you describe is more of Google Adwords, which is NOT easy to make a lot of money. You need to have a lot of websites with great traffic in order to get anything out of that. You can make money with Google Adsense, but you do not have a control of what ads show up - they are random, so obviously, you do not know the difference between two.

Second, 200 words per day? Really? Wow, I hope you know what SEO is. It's called search engine optimization. If you know anything, I mean anything, about blogging, you would know that 200 words would really not get you anywhere in terms of attracting traffic. It's not the year that internet first came out, dude. Nowadays, your content has to be exceptional in order to stand out. Good luck trying to make money out of 200 words articles.

Bottom line: You don't even have basic facts right. Next time you make a post on internet, do some researching.

I think its quite obvious what he is doing, he wants you to PM him, so he can sell you a get rich quick program where he will earn a commission off you (likely to the tune of $20-40). Hes got his fish line out for customers, whose gonna bite?

BearArms: Weird coat pattern on a Chow. Also you look like UrsusHorribilis.

Personally I think some Dalmatians are gorgeous, and you don't see them around much.

I'm really not a dog person, but I do love dachshunds. They're just so innocent and curious, and their eyes are always begging you to give them some attention... they have a mean swagger too.

although it may seem like hes over promoting, if you look at the world of pay per click marketing it is easy to make money. Its alot of work but if you can develop traffic it works.

As for google adsense I've had more problems with them than I can count, with them locking my adsense account with hundreds of dollars in there.

Internet marketing is one of those things where you work super hard to only make a few dollars, not worth it to me but to the OP I'm glad you found a way to make money

I know your intentions are good, but I'm not sure if advising someone to just commit to a randomly generated topic for the next 8 years isn't likely to generate worthwhile content for the reader, and in turn reward for the writer. Is health easy to write about? I guess. I've certainly seen enough blogs rehashing the same high school health education with nothing new or unique to add to the conversation.

But that being said, I like reading up on health and I'm always happy to take a chance on a new blog, so share what you got and post a link of your hard work!

OMG, I am going to ditch school and just do this. Who needs school when you have google ad-sense.

Btw, ad-sense can't be used as a profitable way to pay loans, its very hard to get your site to become popular, and to actually have people click your adds is even tougher. However it can provide a little extra cash, but thats about it.
