Peds Transitional Years

Does anyone know about Pediatric Specialty Track Transitional Years? I am interested in Peds PMR and I wanted to do a peds transitional year.

I know of a preliminary peds internship available through MCW (but it is not a TY). They have taken PM&R-bound people in the past.
