Picmonic comprehensiveness?

Hey guys,

I tried SketchyMicro for micro stuff and find it extremely helpful since I am a very visual person. But it doesn't have other subjects for the Step 1 so I was wondering how people feel about picmonic. Would you say it's pretty much comprehensive and covers most of the stuff on First Aid or it just covers selected supposedly important facts?
