So I could use some help on this one. I had a patient today who came in with some funky psoriasis on his hands and feet today. Poorly controlled diabetic. Is exposed to jet fuel and other types of fuel on a daily basis. He also had pink sweat exuding from his neck. I saw this in person and saw the residual pink sweat rings on the collar of his coat.
Any ideas as to the cause????
I was thinking maybe heavy metal poisoning from the fuel products? He sees derm next week. Just curious as to if anyone else has seen this? I don't have f/u with this patient.
