Please Chance Me for 2021 Cycle, Aiming DO

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could chance me for the 2021 cycle and possibly recommend a school list. I am applying DO only, unless advised otherwise.

Stats:
GPA - 3.6 cGPA/3.1 sGPA (trying to raise it)
MCAT - 509 (above 125 in each)
State - CA
Race - ORM
Undergrad - UC
Year - Junior

Research - 400 hours by application time
Shadowing - 50 hours
Volunteering - 50 hours by application time (trying to raise it)
Clinical Volunteering - 100 hours by application time
Job (non clinical) - 400 hours by application time



Any advice would be very helpful!

You are competitive for all DO schools with your stats. I suggest including these in your application:
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA
TUNCOM
AZCOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM
CUSOM
PCOM
LECOM (all schools)
ACOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)
You could also receive interviews at some MD schools and I suggest these:
California University
UC Davis
UC Irvine
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
TCU-UNT
NOVA MD
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Seton Hall
Quinnipiac
Vermont
New York Medical College
Albany
Oakland Beaumont
Medical College Wisconsin

With that sGPA, I'm not sanguine about your chances at some of the DO schools on the wise Faha's list. I think MD is a no-go.

Chances should be better at:


WESTERN (maybe)
TUNCOM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
MU-COM
CUSOM
LECOM (all schools)
ACOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)

ADD (it's not too late): ACOM, WCU, KYCOM, WVSOM, PacNW if you're from that region

A quick update on my sGPA, it is about 3.5 now. I've reached my projected volunteer hours (100 clinical, 50 nonclinical). @Goro @Faha do you believe these are competitive stats for the new cycle starting in May and that I should apply?
