Please guide me

hi
i had applied for Ndbe part2 exam computer based in end of april.i was waiting for their acknowledgement that today i called up and found out that they have not received my application what could have been the reason??
anyone here faced this kind of problem plz let me know.
is the fees$290 or 300 as written on application just assuming where i went wrong????
in case i apply again after how long do i get acknowledgement and when can i give my computer based exam as earliest then
plz guide me

they havent received it yet or havent started processing it yet?
whn i applied for my exam thr was a postal delay of abt a month. just make sure the post has reached thm.
