What do you want to learn about BMT? Indications? Prep regimens and donor selection? Management of post-transplant SEs and complications? Short or long-term? For the oncologist, internist, surgeon, GI, Dermatologist, Pharmacist, NP/PA, RN, Social Worker, med student?

In that case, the UpToDate section will probably be fine. Otherwise this book will probably do the trick.
