PPI evaluation late

hello doctors,

i had my PPI evaluation finished late on 13 sep 2012 (my evaluators were late),
now i want to submit my pass application but when i chose through program designation it shows me evaluation space empty which is just after the essay list ????

i don`t know whether it`s gonna be attached or not ...though it shows me it is complete when i go to PPI through general application form...


i am afraid i submit my application and still it is not yet ready to be submitted...

What you have to choose for evaluation in the program designations area is the PEF evaluation rather than the PPI. If you have pef evaluations, there will be a drop down menu where you can choose 2 pefs for each designation.
On a side note, make sure you log on to ETS website and submit you completed PPI report to PASS
