Practicing pharmacy in Costa Rica

I recently graduated from pharmacy school in the U.S. and am interested in practicing in Costa Rica after visiting several times. Anyone know anything about being a foreign graduate in Costa Rica or a source I can go to? What I've seen so far says that medical professionals have to do a one-year paid training, but I have no idea how to start the process.
