The sample size not so big. But this is a game changer. I think it probably should take away the class III indication that you cant stent non culprit lesion. There was never strong enough data to support that.
Maybe we will now have Class 2B indication to go ahead and stent.
Ofcos the limitation is that it doesnt separate on the table stenting and staged PCI
And the thing about this trials is that....it seeems the interventionalist are so smart. BECOS in real life it is hard to tell what is culprit vessel sometimes
 
PRAMI is not useful in changing clinical guidelines, although it does raise interesting questions. The multiple letters attached to the OP link are most interesting.
