pre interview call from DUKE

Hey Guys!!

Im sort of new to the forum,and i was wondering if anyone is getting a pre-interview call from Duke PD?.The program director,who i have heard is a wonderful lady,is calling to find out to extend personal welcome/find out abt research interests..Anyone in the same boat??What should i expect?

The conversation is super low stress. Just review the list of faculty (she probably emailed to you) and explain your reasons why you would like to meet with whom. She is an extremely pleasant woman. After talking with her, I was more excited about Duke.

I am interested in psychiatry. If you don't mind me asking, what were your board and shelf scores? I imagine you did very well to get an an interview with Duke. I am just trying to see if I have a shot at competitive places. Thanks.
