Pressure Volume Loop : Regurgitation vs Stenosis

I would really appreciate any input on this. I was looking at some PV loops for valve pathology. I was wondering why the isovolumetric contraction or relaxation is not impacted in mitral stenosis or aortic stenosis but it is for mitral regurg and aortic regurg. Thanks !
