Prior Auth Companies Availity vs Exchange EDI

Anyone have experience with either of these companies? My practice used to have availity but has recently switched to exchange EDI and it has been challenging (longer wait times for prior approval, requiring way more information to be submitted and often requiring LOMN before even submitting the initial request etc.) Curious to hear others' experiences
