You guys getting these forms now? They don't make any damn sense, especially for recurrent patients. And, if i see a low risk patient and the urologist orders the bone scan, why do I get dinged for that? This is nonsense.. I'm getting so irritated, b/c my biller is giving me these forms for patients from years ago. If they weren't treated in 2013, why am I dealing with this crap? Los Federales are driving me crazy.
