Hi all,

I'm reaching out to all psychologists to see what do your reimbursements rate look like for psychological assessment (90791, 96136, 96133, etc) if you accept Medicaid? We are in CO and the rates are less than therapy. Just curious if it looks different in other states.

Thanks!

It varies wildly by state. There are some states nearby that I would not take Medicaid patients from as the reimbursement is essentially 0 after accounting for testing supplies. Here 90791 is 145 per unit, 132 is 108, 136 is 36.
