Will there be any issues if I get my non-clinical, clinical, and shadow experience from one medical practice?

I have been volunteering in an ophthalmologist office for a few years already, doing paper work and data entry. I also shadowed the ophthalmologist for a few hundred hours including office hours and surgery. I will try to shadow a few more other doctors in the future.

I will perform visual field test, OCT, and other eye exams for patients soon. I am in the process of training for these eye exams. Will this be considered as clinical experience? I am curious if my volunteer and shadow experiences will be frowned upon due to it being from one doctor.

The experience you have will not be frowned upon, but I'd suggest broadening your experience. Ophtho is just one tiny piece of medicine and one might wonder if you really know what medicine entails.
