Question about Connecticut Applicants

Hi all! I am President of the Pre-Vet Society at my college and I have a question. I have a freshman who would be applying as a Connecticut resident in a couple years. Are there any contract seats or similar opportunities for Connecticut applicants? If you are applying as a Connecticut resident, what did you do? What was the process like? I am having trouble finding any resources online.

Not a CT resident, but lived with someone who is. To my knowledge there are no contract seats anywhere (the only vet school in New England is Tufts, and they don’t offer CT contract seats). You will be OOS everywhere unfortunately
