Question about Independent/Directed Research course

I have taken my school's offered course of Directed Research, through which I have worked in a lab. Would that be considered as a lab-only course (out of the 3 options given: lab-only, lecture-only, combined lecture and lab)?

I did the same thing through a similar course at my university. I chose the "lab-only" option as that was the general consensus in the AMCAS activities thread.

Ask your pre-med advisor just to be sure (as it depends on the content of the class at your institution)...but I'd write lab-only.
