1. What constitutes a small and large enough sample for pych/soc research? I know this is dependent on experiment but in general cases.
2. In terms of criticism of research design, this is what I find in general in order of increasingly bad:
things they could have done to improve but don’t affect given results (e.g. picking large or homogenous sample size) < things they failed to do that affect results (e.g. control for confounding variables, lack control group entirely, etc.) < things they did but wrong/incorrectly (e.g. break ethical rules, sampling biases, etc.)
