Seems like their cracking down on dx codes, dx code must match the one at the MD office 100% even if you think it's blindly obvious. Must be on hardcopy 100%.
Must rewrite by hand any printed electronic Rx that you needed to rerun through the system. They will recoup if it says electronically signed and it was scanned in.
Also must have pt address and MD dea written by hand on hardcopy all c2 even if you think it is dumb and pointless since pt name, dob, phone #, and driver license # (if dropping off) and pt sticker is already on it.
