Quick Timing Question

I have two II at schools that accept updates, and I have some meaningful experiences (300+ hrs of clinical experience and >25 hrs shadowing (I was a little on the light side before). Should I send these before or after the interview? My pre-health advisor said before, but here I have read after. Advice? Thanks!
