qutenza patch Billing ?

Question:

I have a patient who I scheduled for a fu in the office for a qutenza patch.

I gave her a script for the patch and told her to bring it in with her from the pharmacy. Was just gonna do some subq lido, and put the patch on. See other pts, and swing back around to take the patch off.

Haven't done it before so curious about the billing.

What cpt codes would u use? Should I bill for an OV as well?
