Does anyone know of any RA positions in the Orlando area. Most interested in children, developmental disabilities, and neuropsych.

Would consider other areas of Florida for the right position. Just trying to get as competitive as possible to reapply next year

Email faculty at UCF & UF, ask if they have any opportunities in their labs or if they know of anyone looking for research coordinators in other labs. If you can, volunteer in some labs that have a non-student staff and try and work that into a paid position.

To build on these suggestions, you could also try getting in touch with psychologists (research and clinical) at the Orlando VA. You'd probably have to go through the process of getting WOC (without compensation) clearance, but if you're planning on sticking around a little while, that shouldn't be a large deterrent. They tend to work more with grad student externs than post-undergrad RAs, but hey, you never know.
