recertification issues!!!

hey everyone!

has anyone else tried to re-certify amcas? I just moved and wanted to make the address change but I keep getting an error message when I try to certify

"Your application is not certified. Please re-certify to submit the application"

Anyone else out there having these issues? Thanks.

This happened to me as well, but it was a month ago and I'm not sure how AMCAS fixed it. I would call them ASAP because they fixed my issues in about ten seconds.
