Recommended Books for fellows

I'll be starting fellowship in 2008 and was wondering what textbooks/references I should equip myself with. I have Sleisenger & Fordtran. Any other books that current or former fellows would recommend? Thanks

I just took GI boards yesterday.

S&F is like the gold standard textbook.

The blue Mayo board review book is quite good and an easier read.
