Tropical Sprue-

Whipples-

Lactose Intolerance-

Which regions in the small intestine are predominantly affected?

Jejunum but varies with the disease condition, severity and therefore extent; frequently involving ileum.

All except Whipple disease in which the malabsorption is due to lymphatic obstruction.
The simple reason being that the offending agent hits the proximal small bowel first.
I don't think USMLE will ask the exact location since they can affect other parts of small bowel but you can read more about it here and here.
