You seem to have all the attributes to be very competitive MD/PhD applicant. There are MSTPs with much stronger Micro/Immunology (top 10) that you left on the table due to the fact the self-standing research institutes with BSL3/4 were not included into the departmental rankings in the Blue Ridge or NIH reporter categories.
