rescoring for the TOEFL IBT

Hi guys, I received my TOEFL scores 96,R28 L26 S24 , but the writing section is 18 !! which was a shocking for me because I expected more than 18. that's why I am thinking of rescoring for this section.Does anybody of you try this before?? and is there a chance my score drop below 18 after rescoring???
