Residency interviews drying up?

I heard from approx. 20% of the Osteopathic residency programs I've applied to (these aren't surgical programs), and not a word from the other 80%. We're staring down the barrel of November. Should I be worried??? Or, is this normal?

Don't know much about AOA profs, but some of the residents where I'm currently rotating at (ACGME program) said that they got interview invites well into November.

I thought the invites were done too, but I just got 2 invites this week to ACGME programs. I'm not sure how it works with the AOA programs though.
