What are some good suggestions to put in my pocket book for a hospital focused pgy1 residency?

Honestly, create your own -- rotation specific. My residency provided us with a laminator. So i guess Ill be creating my own with conversions, formulary and protocols. Hope this helps.

For people following this post: So far I have included meds and doses for responding to cardiac arrest for peds and adults, a table of stroke guidelines, equianalgesic dosing for opioids with onsets and durations, and rapid sequence intubation meds and doses for peds and adults. The rest I'm planning on doing rotation specific like one of the users stated. But I think this will be a nice reference for emergent situations so I don't have to rely on my phone and unreliable network and wifi.
