Hi all,
I have been preparing for my interviews and found these two articles pretty helpful;
Mancuso CE, Paloucek FP. Understanding and preparing for pharmacy practice residency interviews. Am J Health-Syst Pharm. 2004; 61:1686-9. (this is the first seminal article published on the process),
Mersfelder TL, Bickel RJ. Structure of PGY1 pharmacy residency interviews. Am J Health Syst Pharm. 2009; 66:1075-6. (This one is an update on what changed since the above article was published in 2003).
If any one has further inputs on preparing for an interview, like unusual questions, what to avoid saying/doing, etc, that would be helpful. Also, if you have an experience with phone interview, tell us about it.
