I still have a final left to tackle in my 3rd Gen Chem course (we're on quarters) but it looks like I may end up with a C.
I won't go on and on about why, basically the class average is 60% and he swears he won't be curving it. I'm one of the highest grades at 78.
My science GPA, before this class, is 3.5.
I'm applying only Osteopathic, so a retake would replace my grade. Is it worth it for this 3rd Gen Chem or should I just forge ahead with a C and explain it during interviews?
I can't take O-Chem at my school until finishing my Gen Chem sequence, so this puts me a quarter behind and I'm already behind for applying next year (will be finishing O-Chem will taking MCAT).
Any advice would be appreciated.
