retaking w/o holdup

Is it possible to click "NO retake" in amcas, submit the application today but retake MCAT in august and therefore not have my application held up at all.

Is it possible to click "NO retake" in amcas, submit the application today but retake MCAT in august and therefore not have my application held up at all.

I guess, but if your initial score isn't adequate, you will get a lot of rejections from schools assuming that's all they are gonna see...
