Hey guys, MS4 that interviewed at RWJ anesthesia here. I saw a couple threads posted last year regarding negative aspects of the program but many accounts on the threads were deleted. If any RWJ residents/graduates can shed some light on the program, I would really appreciate it. I was strongly considering this program, but those previous threads made me hesitant. I included the threads that I am referring to below.

Future Residents: Avoid Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson RWJ Anesthesia Program

Long time member using throw away account for privacy. Avoid RWJ, program is currently on probation, program has changed four PDs in the last 5 years. A lot of turmoil in the department, with limited didactics and very poor resident satisfaction.
