Hi

I graduated medical school in UAE and I'm doing a one year internship. I'm completing the program in the United States. I did a 2 month rotation in general surgery at St. Joseph's in Texas and submitted an evaluation form my program in UAE required with the signatures of my attending doctor and head of department. My program director in UAE asked for a stamp on the evaluation form but the human resources department at the hospital told me according to the ACGME there is no stamp they can put on my form. My UAE director says he won't accept my form unless there's a stamp. I'm new to rotations in the US. Are there institution stamps that are commonly used to verify rotations? Does the ACGME really not require stamps? Any advice on how I can resolve this stamp situation or further verify my rotation?

Thank you!!
