Rutgers Masters in Organizational Psychology or Masters in Applied Psychology

Hi, new to this forum and appreciate your help.

I'm in sales and after 12 years, I'm looking for a career switch. My organization could assist in paying for a portion of one of the mentioned Rutgers degrees as it could fall under the HR department where I could transfer to. Does anyone know anything about these programs and income potential in the corporate environment? Appreciate any insight as this is a completely new field for me.

With zero other info, I'd choose organizational psych. But I'd be very curious why you'd move from sales to HR.

Income potential - that will depend based on your geographic market, company size, industry, etc. You can find estimates online.
