I would be shocked if they were done. My interview was their last date in October last year, and I applied relatively early. I think most schools go right up to Thanksgiving break for the pre-Dec interviews.

UT houston will have people interviewing every Tuesday until the end of the semester. And start up again once spring semester starts.

I'm not sure about that. But they typically give a week or 2 weeks in advance of the interview. So I would bet they will be giving at least one more round of emails out to applicants for pre December.
