I recently graduated from medical school in Saudi Arabia and I am looking for a clerkship in the United States in Internal medicine or Neurology.

Where would a good place for me to start? Thank you

If you have completed your internship you will not be eligible for elective position (to the best of my knowledge). Your best options then are externships for which there are numerous agencies that help you secure those spots. Intern from Saudi Arabia here btw.
