SB 806 Changes in License Requirements (Effective January 1, 2022)

Did anyone else get an email from OMBC today about the changes to SB 806 essentially changing the PTL rules in California. Now we can apply for a full license after Jan. 1st 2022 as long as we’ve completed 12 months of residency. This is great because previously we’d have to wait to graduate in order to even apply for a full license which would delay starting work for a few months. What does this mean for moonlighting moving forward in California for resident? Any ideas?

I tried finding more information on this, but seems like I can’t find any information on the internet or OMBCs website. Doesn’t seem to have been updated yet.
