Scholarship/Loan Repayment Programs?

Hey guys,
So I know of the popular scholarship/loan repayment programs like HPSP and NHSC. However, at one of my interviews another fellow interviewee mentioned some sort of program where they will pay for tuition depending on how many years you promise to dedicate abroad. So for example, if you will practice one year abroad, they'll pay for one year of school (2 yrs abroad, they pay for 2 etc..). I've never heard of that before, but it's something that if real, I would be quite interested in. Anyone know of anything that sounds like that? Thanks!

dedicate abroad in what capacity? is this a christian missions group?
the new peace corps partnership has some loan forgiveness, but that's after residency.

None exist that I know of besides the ones already mentioned by you .
