Should I add more safety or reach schools?
I want to apply to CA schools since I grew up there and have a lot of family in the state but I understand the difficulty for OOS to get into CA school. If I do decide to apply to CA, what schools would be the best to choose?
Also, any other school recommendations would be appreciated.

I had similar stats and got interview from Colorado too if you want to check that out.

Do you have strong connections to Missouri and Maryland?

If not I'd take off those schools and replace with more OOS friendly medical schools (private/pubic) like loyola, MCW, Creighton, Albany, Hofstra, etc...

For CA you can try USC and maybe UCI/UCD but the latter 2 would be a long shot.

Definite;y work on the interview skills. Apply early. With a 31 MCATY, you don't have a lot of wiggle room with your choices. Goro suggests:
