Brown is very low yield. As is wisconsin. Colorado is meh. OHSU mostly takes OOS with very high stats, so don't apply there. Is Iowa OOS friendly?

Regarding Iowa, from MSAR it seems like they're semi OOS friendly.

Those are state public schools that accept few non residents with your MCAT. Perhaps you could include Indiana.
