Delete most of the OOS public schools since they give preference their own residents-AZ Tuscon, AZ-Phoenix, SC, Louisville, Missouri, Illinois, Wright, Toledo, Marshall, WVU. Rochester and Emory are reaches as you already know. All the other schools are fine and you should receive several interviews if you apply in June and submit your secondaries by July.

Thanks for the reply! I arbitrarily set my OOS acceptance cutoff at 20%, but that's probably too low. I'll look into removing schools on the lower end.
