Which schools should I be applying to and what are may chances?

-Finished Primary this week (9/16/2014 Very late, I know :[)
-Graduated with biomedical engineering. (Does biomedical engineering give me an edge vs bio/microbio/biochem?)
-MCAT 36 (8/14/14 low verbal but English is my second language)
-Emergency scribe for the past year and a half
-3 years of research + thesis
-Currently working on my biomedical engineering master's degree during interm year

Apply to all your state public schools and also private schools where the MSAR indicates where you would be competitive.
