Scope of AEGD certificate program

hi everyone

I am a Foreign trained graduate dental student. I want to know that after doing a AEGD program In New York. can i practice outside New York. Or are there any requirements that need to be fulfilled before i can practice outside the state from which i got the AEGD certificate
