SCS how soon after TKA?

Incision and surgical site look great

Well healed

Would you make her wait a while in terms of infectious risk for the trial and/or perm? I was just going to go ahead. Seems like the likelihood of some kind of occult knee infection seeding her spine would be very low at this point?

Wouldnt even think about it. As long as you are not treating her with SCS for the post-op knee pain.
