I was just in Vegas for U2, and the spa at Mandalay Bay was very nice. I don't know about "best in LV," but we enjoyed it.

Yall wanna meet up and do what is essentially a "couples massage" for everyone in the forum? Get 20-25 posters together in nothing but towels in a large massage room? I wear Clinique Happy, Polo Red or Dior Sauvage.

Caesar’s has a good spa. Best part is you don’t have to walk far from the conference.
