Secondary Applications and criminal background questions

Hi everyone,

I'm curious as to how many med schools (MD)/ what portion of them ask: "have you ever been charged" on their secondaries.
I know most ask about convictions. and some ask about arrests, but I'm specifically interested in knowing about the "charges" question.
In fact, it would be greatly helpful if anyone can provide a list of schools that do ask this question.
