As an applicant that had their application unintentionally held, I would give Tufts a call and see what is up. I did that and they sent me an email a minute after calling in.

UNE supplemental application is by invitation only, and Touro should be given after a few weeks after receipt. I don't think Tufts has one, haven't received one either.
