Should you indent in PharmCAS personal statement?

Since its limit to 4500 characters and spaces count, should I indent when beginning each paragraph?

I'm not sure how the indentations show up when the application format is finalized, but I would still try to include some form of indentations to separate your paragraphs just in case.

I've actually heard that the typical indentations (spaces before a paragraph) don't show up, so the safest thing to do, if that is the case, is to separate each paragraph with a blank space.
